Any advice

Hey ladies I’m hoping I can get some insight me and my husband have been ttc baby #3 since 2013 I have had a successful pregnancy in 2006 and has 2 miscarriages in 2008 and 2009 I had and ectopic pregnancy in 2010 after that i had to get my left tube and ovary out I have my right side only I fell pregnant again early 2010 with clomid and now his 10 years old anyway story short almost 11 years I have not fallen pregnant at all so decided to get my husband tested and results were he has slow and lazy sperm and given vitamins the gynaecologist said to keep trying but I’m going crazy it’s been 11 years with no luck IVF is not an option as we can’t afford it and we both desperately want another baby has anyone been threw something similar and gotten pregnant sorry for the long vent I’m just so over it and tired
