could i possibly be pregnant?

the last time i had sex was a little over 4 weeks ago with my ex. i had my last period about 2-3 weeks ago. but whenever i was supposed to be ovulating my discharge was SO heavy. heavier than its ever been before. and my nipples now hurt when i touch them and they itch sometimes. and i just ate breakfast and now i’m feeling a little nauseous after i ate and this is the first time in a while i’ve felt nauseous after eating. and my period is a day late right now. and i’ve been sleeping a ton. even tho i had my last period could i still be pregnant? i heard it’s common to still have your period while pregnant. also yes i already took a test, it came back negative but i feel like i could’ve taken it too early. and i’ve been a little dizzy lately. help please!!
