Said he needed 4 weeks to tell his bm about us

We have been togethor for 1.5 year. I helped him at his lowest (went wrongfully to jail, homeless, didn't have any $) legit the lowest he's ever been in his life. And throughout all of this he refused to tell him babymomma about us. I've talked to him about it multiple times and he always shrugs it off. I got pregnant with twins (which I sadly miscarried later on) and he still refused to her. That's where I gave him an ultimatum. If he didn't tell her it's over. He responded "give me 4 weeks to tell her" I said "4 weeks!? You need 4 weeks to get the courage to tell her a couple of words!" He said "it's because we argue a lot. What if I tell her and we brake up?"

Then he retracted his words and said he does think we will last and will get married eventually but still wants 4 weeks. I'm sick of it honestly. I know he cares about me...but to what extent idk...
