Missing my dog

How long is enough to mourn your beloved dog? I haven’t played music since August 4. I just feel like it’s disrespectful and sad. I can’t see a dog or I get triggered.

Had him for 15 years and he had some health issues that I didn’t know about until 2 months ago. I don’t know how to move forward and be happy. My father is still sad and can’t even see his pics. He made me delete all of his pics from his phone. He said he can’t take seeing him yet.

I guess this is how it goes when you lose a beloved family pet.
