Dating Struggles

Does anyone else find it extremely hard to date in your 30’s? (Early 30’s for me) I just turned 31 and I feel like the thought of a relationship hasn’t felt desired as much lately. At first I thought it was post pandemic and being so used to independent me, but lately it’s just felt like a challenge.

I keep telling myself that the right person will alter these feelings or give me that excitement. It’s just not like me to feel such a disconnect and prefer to be alone.

Any suggestions or insight?
