Is this normal?

I have a two week follow up next week.. however, I just went pee and I noticed my blood is kind of starting back up. Not bad but a difference then 2 days ago. I did have a couple little clots come out, the water was reddish, but not like what it is when you first deliver. When do I need to worry? I’m not soaking through pads or anything like that.. I’ve had the same one on since earlier which might be gross if you come to think of it but it hasn’t had enough blood to really need changed..
