Looks like baby acne! It’s caused by a hormonal change. Your baby had high levels of your hormones while in your womb, but now as they leave babe’s system, baby acne can be a side effect. You don’t need to apply anything special, or treat it with anything. Time will take care of it.

My 4 week old has that ! I pump my breast milk and use that to clean her face, it clears up a lot but you do have to keep up with it. It should go away naturally over time though ! x

My baby had similar rashes. Doc said it’s heat rash. So, put aveeno/citaphil lotion on them after each bath and also they asked to apply a over the counter ointment Cortizone 10. Hope that helps

From a pediatric nurse, looks like baby acne like the others said, very common and harmless. But I would call the nurses line and see if you can email these photos to the pediatrician so they can confirm and keep an eye on it.

My baby had that too I asked his pediatrician and she told me to put lotion and that it was normal. After every shower I put baby lotion and it went away after awhile

It could be baby acne. Make sure to use mild fragrance free products right now like Aveeno, Baby Dove, Cetaphil etc. Baby acne will clear on its own. Also make sure to use fragrance free detergents like All Free&Clear or Tide. It also doesn't hurt to check with your pediatrician. That's what they are there for ☺️
