Eating
Is anyone else terrified of eating anything that could cause you to get sick while pregnant? Because I sure am. I over think everything and look up every little thing I eat to make sure it’s safe. For instance tonight I ate spaghetti that had been left over for a few days (probably around 4 days) and now I’m terrified that it was bad and I shouldn’t have eaten it for fear of food poisoning and harming my baby. Any advice on how to not worry? And should I be worried about the spaghetti thing? 😅
