Bleeding 14 Weeks

Last week I had a lot of bright red bleeding and passed a massive 50p + sized clot. I got a scan two days after, and they said the bleeding was not coming from the baby or womb and they still found a heartbeat and the baby was kicking around. They said it may have come from my cervix. When I got home later than day I passed an even bigger clot and had another big bleed all night. It was late at night so then next day I called the hospital again and they told me to give it a week and if the bleeding doesn’t stop call them back. They think I’m just a person that will bleed and that the blood wasn’t coming from the baby so not to worry. But obviously I am! Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I feel like I can’t relax and I won’t ever enjoy pregnancy.

Nurses also said it wasn’t a haemorrhage and that the placenta wasn’t over the cervix so it’s not that.
