COVID or rough oral ?

Hello, so yesterday I felt 100% completely fine . Gave my man oral and let’s just say it was rougher than normal I was gagging a lot ( sorry tmi) anyways after I was finished about 2hrs later I was experiencing a minor scratchy throat . Woke up in the morning and my throat was on fire . Figured it was from the rough head . However , by mid day started getting a runnny nose and I have been feeling super run down throat is still on fire and scratchy , runny nose still from

Time to time and now come the body aches . I’m fully vaccinated ( I’m aware it can’t prevent u from COVID) but I’m just so nervous . Does COVID spring on that fast ? Can the cause of rough head creating a sore throat lead to feeling sick ?
