Tooth infection!

Before I was pregnant I always had a problem with my teeth but couldn’t get it fixed bc I didn’t have insurance. I’m always having tooth aches only when I eat and when I brush my teeth softly it bleeds not everyday but sometimes.. now that I’m pregnant ( 24 weeks ) It felt like it has gotten worse to the point if I touch my tooth with my tongue it hurts. It hasn’t hurt in sooo long until I got pregnant 😭😭 and yes I will be calling a dentist since I’m on insurance now. But ugh does anyone know what I can do for now ? And if it’s a tooth infection or not. It’s only one tooth that aches and it’s in the back and sometimes it goes to the other tooth if I’m chewing on the other side for many days.
