Can anyone help me.

Sorry If it's a bit long ill try to make it short as possible... feel free to ask questions.

Back story: We are currently married and have 3 kids... I been a home stay mom for 8yrs!!! (I can't work right now maybe once he has the kids after we separate I will..)

([I left out the arguments fights we have that made me want to walk out long story that's not what this is about...)]

Anyways... he filed taxes and claimed us... (currently quit his job and filed unemployment but is working under the table) so he's been getting all the child money that we get such as the stimulus check and every 15th of each month we are getting child money I believe 300 each child.. since my oldest is 5 only. I have ebt I don't know if this info is needed but my question is I'm about to kick him to the curb... im done I can't and don't want to be with him..

So I'd like to know its been a while since I did my taxes...is there a way I can claim the kids money or when taxes come can I file and claim them?.. so I start getting the money and not him.. ( he sends that money back home to his parents in a different country) ugh.

Also he has a restraining order already and a schedule for the kids I don't know what info u need. Thanks! Ugh I'm just struggling 😪... but this is what is best for my kids and I a better environment instead toxic environment.
