Period ended just 13 days ago!

Today I went to the toilet and I noticed that when I was wiping down there, there was blood on the toilet paper. My period has been all over the place these past few months. As they have been coming too early! I have been to the doctors about it and she referred me to the hospital for an ultrasound and internal scan, which I went for yesterday. I’ve not yet had the results back as the results will take around a week to come through.

Has this happened to anyone else? If so what was the outcome? I am feeling so worried that I might have a underlying issue
