Got stung by a bee for the first time today..

What do I do lol?!?

I quickly flicked the bee off of me but its been hours and it still hurts a little. A pharmacist friend looked at it and said she cant see the stinger so thats good and just to ice it and take an allergy pill...

Any other tips?! Its not very swollen or anything, just hurts a little still all day.:

Can it be poisonous and deadly and get into my blood or anything😬😬
