Excuse from Jury Duty letter
So I got called to Jury Duty for October. I have a 10 year old daughter what is enrolled in online public school called North Carolina Virtual Academy and has online live classes daily with her teachers that is required, I am what the school calls her learning coach and have to be with her during all her classes and lessons. I cannot attend this jury duty. I have no one to help out with my daughter, my husband works full time and cannot take off work to help, family and friends are hours away. If I attend this jury duty my daughter will miss all her daily required classes and lessons and she can't miss those. I also don't have a car, the only car we have my husband drives for work. So I need to write a letter to the court explaining why I need to be excused and I'm clueless where to start and what to write to have a better chance at being excused. Help! Thanks ladies.
