Is it ok to take while pregnant. I cant never get ahold of anyone at doctor's office. Has anyone already asked thier doctor? Im 10+ weeks. Thanks yall!

Vitamin c is water soluble so anything that your body doesn’t need it will flush out

If you are taking a prenatal that would be exceeding the vitamin recommendations. Personally I wouldn’t. Instead fruit and veggies as an alternative

I was told by my doctor that it’s ok anything our body doesn’t absorb as vitamin c we pee out that it will not hurt the baby
