Sleep length


I recently read that babies should now start to increase their night time sleeping hours and decrease their daytime sleeping hours.

My baby is 6 weeks and the daytime naps are now 1 hour, every other hour..they used to be 3 hour long naps.

Night time is still not long hours. 3 hours averagely and I'm EBF so I have to wake up to feed on demand

Anyone else in tbe same situation as me?

If not, how are you adding extra minutes / hours to your baby night sleeping?
