NEED ADVICE PLEASE‼️‼️

So I have been dating this guy we rekindle after 10 years we have been seeing each other in a exclusive relationship for 6 months now. He has times where I don’t hear from him the whole day . This bothers me and I have had the conversation with him so he knows how I feel about it. Not sure if I’m being too clingy or what. I also don’t know how to approach the Matter at this point seeing that I have already had multiple conversations with him about it. Im not use to this. In a relationship I’m use to hearing from my man and vice versa… please help!!!
