Skin after miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage the end of June and ever since then my skin has been horrible. I never get acne unless it’s before my period and it’s like one or two po
Pimples. I broke out ALL the time after but the acne is starting to go down but now I’m constantly having whiteheads all around my chin. Did this happen to anyone else ?

It’s because your hormones are all over the place, you can counteract it by increasing your hydration, eating clean, foods of the earth that grow on the earth, or walk on the earth, cutting out the artificial stuff like Caramell coloring, soy, gluten, sometimes even dairy, it all depends on the reactions that you have when you have them, and acne can also be from what comes in contact with your skin, soaps, lotions, body wash, detergent, your bedsheets needing to be washed more often, or your pillows, could be the acidity in your diet, diet high in salt and sugar, you got a figure it out. Also those hair skin and nails Products, that sound like a good thing, but the biotin breaks out your skin, you got a figure it out what’s causing it. I’m right there with you I had two miscarriages five years ago, so trust me I know what it’s like I don’t remember my skin being an issue, but it was so long ago I really can’t remember, but I remember my cycles were horrible for a good year after, just take care of yourself, pamper yourself, love yourself, date yourself, and just get through it as best as you can￼
