Vvfl???

Ok so I’m new to this! According to 2 calendars my peak ov was around August 10-12th. I had some very very light spotting on the 14th like twice when I went to the bathroom. Since then I’ve had on an off light cramping which is weird for me before or during my period and my nipples and aerosols have been kind of tender and feel like they’re getting bigger . I also just got off of birth control at the end of June when my cycle started but I did have a normal period starting July 26.

Could this be what I think it is??!!
