Heartburn and nausea

Hi ladies, just a question but has anyone ever had heartburn really bad as an early pregnancy symptom, because literally everything I eat gives me a little heartburn/acid, even water sometimes, and when I bend down I feel nauseous, I'm waking up nauseous too now which I didn't before, this morning I got a faint line that you can clearly see without squinting really, I was just wondering if anyone ever had this and then found out they were pregnant x

The top one was last night which you can just see and the bottom one was this morning and it has colour and was taken within the time frame too
