Baby not passing poop
My baby is almost 3 month old and hasn't poop since 4 days. He is constantly passing stinky gas and looks like trying hard to poop but no luck. What should I do ? He is taking 70% breastmilk and 30% formula(7 session of breastmilk and 3 session of formula)
