Nap struggles

Anyone else’s baby struggling to nap? Mine will not nap unless he’s being held or I wear him. It’s so weird because he sleeps great at night swaddled in his bassinet but if I do that during the day he maybe stays down 20 minutes. He just started doing this the past week, please tell me it’s a phase. I don’t mind just holding/wearing him but I’m missing my one on one time with my three year old because I can’t ever put the baby down. I know it’s making my big boy sad too 😭
