COVID advice please

I am quarantined. I tested positive and my daughter has started to get a fever. I have felt fine besides a terrible headache.

But today I’m starting to feel my chest heavy. Im really worried about ending up hospitalized. My daughter is exclusively breastfeeding . She is refusing any kind of bottle. Im not sure what to do.

Im worried sick. My husband and older daughter are sleeping in a separate room.

I still have great appetite. No cough or congestion or fever. Nothing besides a headache and starting to feel a heavy chest.

Im not sure what to do. Any advice ?????
