It looks like heat rash. Put powder on it. If its heat rash itll start to get better within a few hours

If it’s an allergy it will likely spread as the reaction continues. I don’t have other thoughts on what it could be, but if you have breast milk you can put on it I hear that stuff works miracles for skin conditions!
