Breastfeeding to formula
For personal and health reasons, I need to transition my 3 month old from breastfeeding to formula. With my first, I exclusively breastfed for 9 months until my supply was nonexistent. So I haven’t had to cross this bridge.
My question is, is it easier to go cold turkey and try to dry up my supply? Or is it better/easier to wean him?
