Anyone supplementing with formula at night?

I am trying to decided the best thing to do. My guy is 10 weeks and for the past two weeks it’s seems that I can just not get him full at night. We are ebf. Tonight I tried a bottle with some milk I had stashed from when I was super engorged and he seems so content getting him down for bed. Now im thinking the reason it has been so difficult getting him to sleep for weeks is because he’s actually been hungry 😓😓😓😓 
Poor guy.
Any input is appreciated!!!

Probably not a bad idea to do this. If you can pump some during the day to make a bottle for bedtime, that would be good, otherwise the formula is fine. We were doing formula at night for her bedtime bottle for a while but I finally got my supply up so now we do formula only 1 or 2 times a week for 1 feeding. I pretty much pump the exact amount she eats each day so once in a while she wants a little more or I come up a little short, so we just give formula for that feed when it happens. She is fine and doesn’t get fussy.

I have an 11 week old I exclusively pump for. The past three weeks I have been playing catch up trying to make some spare bottles and some frozen so he’s set for daycare. To do this I’ve been supplementing with formula at night. He seems to eat at least half of his feeding intake between 6pm and 11pm. He usually sleeps until 4-5am.  If your little one is like this, I couldn’t imagine your ta-tas would be able to catch up. I see no issue with supplementing with stashed breast milk if you have it or formula. We’re using Enfamil Enspire Gentlease.

I have been supplementing with evening bottle for the whole second month. I have tested how much milk he is getting with a measuring scale and i have decided that he will be sleeping better if he is fed. One time he tried to eat for 25 minuted and he got only 15 ml… both of us were not happy with that. You can have some testing feedings if you think the baby is staying hungry.
