Sleep… or lack there of

Anyone else’s littles sleeping terribly? I feel like I have a newborn still. He wakes up every 2 hours at night. Sometimes I can get him back to sleep. Other times he wants to nurse… I’m so tired. I have no energy to work or care for my toddler. My head has been killing me the last few days due to lack of sleep. My house is a disaster because I can’t keep up. I feel horrible and never have the energy to even spend time with friends and family. I’m struggling. Im about to move him to formula so I know how much he’s eating and hopefully get into a better sleep pattern… idk what else to do at this point. But I can’t keep going without sleep. I literally just want to cry daily.
