31weeks+1 day.. Level of amniotic fluid is significantly increased

Kindly let me know the consequences of high amniotic fluid.. My Dr told me its raised with value 19 and could be chance of preterm labour😔😔😔
Is there anyone who is suffering from same problem?? Please help me out as I'm much worried 😒😒
