Is it time to end my quest for baby?

Question

After 6 pregnancy losses in 3 years. 
2 in the first trimester 
1 stillborn baby
3 losses in the second trimester
Is it time to give up? I need honest opinions. Do I keep going and putting my body and heart through so much or is it time to end the quest for my pot of good? 
All pregnancies have been missed miscarriages where babies hearts just stop. I have been to every doctor/specialists you can imagine and everyone says the same thing - they have never seen anything like this before and they don’t know what is going on. 
I’m broken and lost and don’t know what to do 😢😢

Personally if I was in the same situation, I would start exploring adoption and/or surrogacy.

If you feel in your heart it’s time to explore other Avenues to get your baby then you should definitely follow your intuition. I would like to share my relative experience with you. My cousin has had many of heartbreaks similar to yours and her doctor told her of a rare bacterial infection that goes undetected in a mother’s blood stream during pregnancy and it attacks the growing baby and the pregnancy will ultimately end in miscarriage or stillbirths. After finding out she suffered from this she received a vaccination (I’m unsure of the name but I will ask her for you) and a month later she was pregnant. So far this pregnancy is going smoothly and the doctors are monitoring her closely but they all feel this one will go to term ❤️

I think the answer really depends on you and how you're handling the losses. My suggestion would be to look into surrogates. I know if I had that many losses, I would try that. I'm sorry you've had so many losses. ❤️ My older sister tried seven times and had my niece on the seventh. Hoping you are able to get your rainbow baby. 🌈

Yes it is really hart broken but talking to friends and family may help you to try to be positive yes it's hard to loose the baby but  there are lots of reasons for it but surely god will give it to you when the time is right stay positive and don't loose any hope

Have you and your partner been tested for genetic issues? There is a chance that you both have a genetic condition that may cause issues for your baby, in which case using a donor egg or donor sperm may be an option.
