C section insicion

I noticed this morning that my incision opened a tiny bit in the middle. I think I might’ve accidentally over stretched it when I was cleaning it in the shower. I don’t have a follow up appointment until Friday and I’m waiting for a call back from the nurse. Had this happened to anyone? What did y’all do and can I put anything on it? It’s quite uncomfortable
