Bad News

Hi All, I’ve posted in this group a few times because my husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year and recently started going through fertility testing. We started with my husband getting two sperm analyses, which both showed he was not producing any sperm. However, his hormones are normal. His urologist is recommending him to another specialist. We are heartbroken and devastated, but are still holding out hope that my husband has a blockage rather than just not producing sperm at all. Has anyone gone through this process and conceived (or not conceived)? If so, was it naturally or through IVF? Can anyone give us advice or share what to expect? We would really appreciate it. Thank you.
