One sided cramps

I’m 9dpo today and since around 5dpo I’ve been getting light cramps on one side, feels like periods about to begin but its due in the 6th aug and they came and went, today I have them but it’s continuous and only on the left side still. I don’t know what’s going on?! I’ve done a test today and you can only really see it if I tweak it so idk what’s going on? Anybody else had this when they were having a normal pregnancy? Or does it sound like an ectopic?

Obviously going to keep testing every 2 days to see if the line gets any darker 🙏🏻 and hopefully the pain will go away or just be normal pregnancy cramps🙏🏻
