Hurts so bad to swallow and my ear hurts. Not sexually active or anything for 6 months

Looks like a bad infection, like tonsillitis or something. You need antibiotics

Agreed, that it looks like tonsillitis and you’ll need antibiotics to clear it. You’ll also have to throw out your tooth brush to keep from reinfecting yourself. But I’m no doc, I just had tonsillitis one too many times lol
