Help please!! I’m begging!!

I woke up this morning and the inner part of the outer lips to the vaginal opening was itchy as all hell. I figured it was just the raw/dry skin issue I’d been dealing with, so I used a bit of Vaseline to try and smooth it.

But then I had to pee. I nearly screamed in pain. It feels like I have an open flame burning the skin! There’s nothing going on inside my vagina, but I’m in so much pain from urine touching the skin (even with a cot of Vaseline or “butt paste” which is used for diaper rash). I can’t get to a doctor but nothing is helping.

Does anyone know what this is? It hurts and it’s brought me to tears from pain trying to pee.
