Ahhhh I'm so excited.

Im so excited just had to share. Cant share at work yet. I work in healthcare. In a hospital. I jave been trying for least 2 years to get into a clinic, doctors office, something closer to my house. I seen the clinic by my house was hiring, I did an app, had an interview Monday. I assumed I didn't get it cause I hadn't heard anything until this morning at work I got the job offer email. I got sooo excited. I logged in so quick to see the pay and because it's still within the same health company I am in now its a lateral transfer and my pay and benefits stay the same as I have now. I hit accept too quick. 8 minutes from my house, Monday to Friday 8 to 5, all holidays off. No more getting up at 445am to drive 40 minutes to work, No more 12 hour shifts. My daughter is super excited too.

Update: got my dates. The transfer officially takes place September 26th and start at the clinic on September 27th. I had my manager take me off that weekend before I start cause I was not about to work 8 days straight. Lol so my last day at the hospital is September 22nd. I'll take that week to go and buy some scrubs
