Does any have EBT in GA? Bcuz I keep getting screwed over

I applied back in March, got an appointment for an interview, never got a call. I called the office to get another appointment same thing, called a third time the clerk chastised me, saying the case worker called and told me I should have been looking out for the number. I told her that number never called she then says well they usually call private they are working from home I told her I figured that I had already unblocked restricted numbers never got a restricted call either she got an attitude and hung a few days later I get a denial letter for failure to keep appointment. I checked their reviews it's horrible most people have been denied 3x and claimed a worker NEVER called, I come from SC people are saying this is normal here. Georgia truly is an awful state to live in. I applied a second time, my interview was at 11 still no calls, his number or restricted, what can I do?
