Membrane sweep

My due date is 9/13, and for my appointment coming up on 9/6, my doctor will do the membrane sweep.

Can I ask you ladies what it was like for you, and how soon after the sweep did you go into labor? The more I think about the labor, the more nervous I’m getting, and honestly kind of scared. I’d like to say that I have a good pain tolerance, but I’m not the best person to handle situations, so I’m kind of thinking about it too much, and making myself nervous.
