Homeless

My ex is homeless in st.cloud mn. He went there to go to school but his benefits for school didn’t go through so he couldn’t pay for the classes and ended up getting kicked out of the classes. He staying in his dorm room for now but doesn’t have much money and has no where to go. He doesn’t know how long before he going to get kicked out of the dorm room either. His car is dead so he can’t drive anywhere. Is there any solutions anyone has for his predicament? He can’t stay with me. He doesn’t have any family or friends to help him either. He has bad depression, anxiety and has ptsd.
