Cannabis addictive ?

Do you believe weed is addictive ? I mean I do .. I just see how people act without it.. barely have an appetite if they don’t smoke , moods change

It’s a fact that it can be addictive, not a belief. While you won’t have deathly withdrawals if you stop, you can definitely be dependent on it. Some people have a very hard time getting through the day mentally without it.

Fact is anything can be addictive. Another fact is medication can be hard for people to get, medication can make people feel shameful, medication can make people fear what chemical decency they might acquire. So a lot of people opt to use marijuana instead of medication. So those people who seemingly have mood swings when they don't have it, are more than likely those people who need mental health medications. They've just opted for marijuana instead. 
I've never met anyone who smokes and doesn't eat without it. However, cancer patients do not experience appetite, marijuana can help with that, so the people who use it to eat may also have some sort of intestinal issue or even cancer that you aren't aware of. 
Fact is, there are many healthy ways to use marijuana and since you probably don't know people's reasons for using it, you shouldn't just assume they're a case of addiction.
Is everyone who drinks alcohol an alcoholic?

No. The only way it is addictive is MENTALLY. It's nothing like real addiction that causes withdrawls. People become mentally dependent on it not physically addicted.

Personally, I believe It’s not addictive. You rather just prefer to be high than sober.

Yes it definitely is. I was addicted, smoked it everyday for about 7 years. Stopping was the best decision I ever made.

I’d say yes. Some become so dependent on it that they act out when they don’t have it. One of my sister in laws are like that. I’d go as far as to say that anything can be addictive.

Absolutely.  Anything really can become an addiction. 
But, I have know a couple people that smoked frequently and if they didn't,  their attitude change to the bad.
