Girls i need your help i need a diet plan that won't make me fall of the band waggon

So this year has been a extremely hard year for me and I am not going to lie I have done nothing but binge eat crap all the time

Not only that lock down has also played on my mental health and I binged eat through all of that and now I have lost all confidence and I just don't fell happy I have no energy always tierd and sluggish and need help not only that I go on vacation in 4 months and I want to feel great and happy and most importantly gain my confidence back

So any tips on to lose weight any advice would be amazing should I work out everyday or every other day its all new and I really need to do this for myself thank you for reading 😆😆
