So for those who like to eat healthy no matter where they are eating, I’m curious what you get if you were to go out to breakfast at a restaurant
I know not everyone goes out but for those special occasions where you go out for breakfast but you still want to eat healthy, what do you get?
I always get a side of fruit with my breakfast and stay away from things like hash browns and things that are loaded with carbs like skillets
