how to not be jealous

ok I have a jealousy issue and I need advice. I know it’s not good and I should just be happy but it’s really hard for me. please don’t attack me :( I really want to make an effort to not be like this.

basically my bf left today for a week long vacation with his friends. it makes me feel jealous 1. because I don’t have any friends and 2. i’ve never been on a vacation before… never even been on a plane. I don’t show this feeling towards him, I’m telling him to have fun and be safe….. I hide it very well but I just have this deep sadness. I really hope one day I can do something like that too but I have no hope…
