me and my boyfriend were tested for covid. I got the rapid test which came back negative and he got the pcr test and his came back positive. I’m having symptoms still like shortness of breath, chest pains and I have a slight cough so I think I should get retested? I have work tomorrow and I really don’t want to spread this at work

Rapid tests aren’t as accurate (per my doctor), don’t know why they sell em! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I had a negative one the got retested and it was positive…definitely get retested.

You have symptoms and have been in contact with someone who is positive... DO NOT GO TO WORK!!! Get a pcr test! At the very least you are a close contact and need to quarantine

If you've been around someone that tested positive for Covid, you should quarantine anyways. For sure get tested for missed work though. That's super cruddy, I hope you both recover fully and quickly 🤞🏼😊🤞🏼
