BV Question

I was treated for BV with fagyl.. about two months ago… now I’m back to the same symptoms… but weird symptoms like before.. no discharge… if any it’s clear and slightly grey milky.. burnt like odor I guess. It’s just a bad off smell… pain slightly after sex and during. Absolutely no burning when I pee.. a burn sometimes during or after sex. And the kicker of it all. I have no sex drive or lubrication what so ever…

Has anyone experienced this???? I just want to know if this even sounds like BV and how could I treat my male partner???

Obviously I feel like it returned because he wasn’t treated.. I also have an IUD..
