Enlarged Yolk Sac

Hey everyone!

So I had my first ultrasound on Friday! We had thought I was 7 weeks, but turned out I was 5 weeks and 5 days. Baby had a strong heartbeat! They’re concerned because the yolk sac was enlarged 😕

I’m supposed to go in again on the 13th to see how it’s going. Has anyone had an enlarged yolk sac that went to a normal size or had a successful pregnancy with an enlarged one?

This is my first baby and I’m so nervous. The ultrasound tech said that I was already at a high risk of miscarriage as soon as she saw it so I feel like there’s little hope :(
