HCG level rising but didn’t double

Hi! I’m 7 weeks and 1 day. My HCG level was just over 24000 on Friday and today it’s just over 28000 (2 days later only rose over 4000) it did rise but didn’t double. I’m a bit concerned. Has this happened to anyone who went on with a healthily pregnancy? Miscarried in November so a bit anxious.
