Std in 5yr olds

my daughter has gotten utis a lot during the ages 2-4years old.. itchy privates, pain while urinating..

She has warts all over her body now, it started as one on her knee about 2 years ago.. It went away and came back on her foot..then on her finger..She tells me they dont itch.

The warts have made their way to the private areas but not on or in her vagina..just the pits of her legs next to it.. I’m really worried for her. Can anyone tell me what’s going on and if it’s my fault?
