Symptoms disappeared/don’t feel pregnant

Anyone else not feel pregnant? I’m 9 weeks 2 days and I’ve been nauseous for 3 weeks all day everyday basically only symptom and have been taking vitamin b6 which appeared to do nothing then this week they had me add in unisom at night and I feel like last two days my nausea is completely gone. I’m getting so nervous since I don’t know when my next ultrasound will be as I’ve graduated from my fertility clinic and have first ob appt Tuesday. Almost regret taking the unisom now if it’s somehow masking symptoms because at least it gave me a piece of mind feeling something. I just feel completely normal and am freaking out 😭 last ultrasound was Wednesday heart rate was 186 and hcg was 140,000 something.
