Need advice ASAP

Hey girls, i have been going through so bad hair shedding, I went to my doctor and she really didn’t do anything. I got blood test done and everything looked normal. I also did a thyroid panel test which also looked Normal, I don’t know what to do because the amount of hair that I am losing is scary. It’s so bad I can grab strands of hair and they will just fall off. My doctor has been no help and I just need so type of advice.
